Many of our fans have multiple supporter numbers for a variety of reasons. As a unique fan, you must have a unique email address for login on so that we can recognise every individual fan and reward you for supporting City.
To ensure that each fan receives the appropriate rewards, anyone who had the same email address in use with multiple supporter numbers must determine which supporter number will be associated with that email, as well as update a new email address on additional accounts. If your additional supporter numbers are only used by you in the ticketing website, and are owned by you, you may choose to not update the additional supporter number accounts with new emails. The ticketing website will allow you to select the supporter number for purchase.
