Sorry about that. Is your mobile number and/or email address used on the supporter file of a friend or family member? If so, you need to do one of two things.
Log in to all the accounts online that share your contact details and choose ‘opt-out’ in their marketing preferences. Alternatively, ask the friend or family member to update their account details with their own mobile number and/or email.
I have opted out of marketing communications, yet am still receiving information, why is this?
